Marty O’Brien is a director and cinematographer born in Australia and based in Northern Canada. Marty has worked in the film industry for the past 10 years creating emotive, educational and engaging documentary, scripted and commercial content. Marty directed the award winning documentary, Camera Trap, which screened at Hot Docs International Film Festival as well as over 15 international festivals. Focusing primarily on directing, cinematography and producing, Marty has worked with a wide range of clients, broadcasters and production companies that include Mountain Equipment Co-op, Knowledge Network, Yukon Travel, CBC, Patagonia and CPAWS.
